Facial recognition check in and personalised experiences
To engage participants through interactive technology installations, we installed screens and with facial recognition and welcomed the delegate with an audio message and a recommended agenda for them that appeared on a large LED screen based on the information we captured from registration.
We have also executed this by ‘scanning’ the body (facial recognition) and displaying their recommended cocktail choice from the bar (again from information we asked at registration).
Using the insights tracked at the event, we have previously created a ‘Netflix’ style content hub post event with all the information recommended for them.
AI can be used in many ways to automate your event logistics. Recently we have launched a hotel allocation platform to try and reduce the time intensive tasks we see Event managers perform manually time and time again!

Showcasing a new product at an event or device? We have built a programme that allows you to scan a physical product and it automatically loads up more content about the item. We can link this with interactive quiz questions, gamification and save for later infographics and apply to any flat product.
Delegates can move around your exhibitor stands, or event spaces scanning products they want more information on and see the content automatically appear on their device.
